Grounding isolation

SET Asylum

Single Ended Triodes (SETs), the ultimate tube lovers dream.

Where my OPT connects to ground at the IEC would it be advisable to put a small ceramic cap there, if so what value is good?
In fact following that train of thought why not connect my aluminum chassis to ground the same way??
