I pretty much agree with you. The mesh EMLs are very good and I will likely buy them after I sell the stone plate versions.
The JJs are noticeably inferior to WEs for the first 2 hours after changing them. After that I tend to forget the differences and enjoy the music; their weaknesses becoming Innocuous to me and their midbass being rich enough to satisfy.
Quality is always expensive.
