Unless your room is as big as car park, 1.5 - 3.5W per channel/per amp is plenty. I think 45 amps would be ideal, but there are not many commercial builders. Don Garber (Fi)sells an optimized 45 stereo amp and monos. His 2A3 amps (mono or stereo) will play 2A3s and 45s. Recently, he switched from Magnequest to Hashimoto OPTs. His 410 stereo amp produces 5W, I think, from a single A410 (dual plate), and two of these would play very loud with your speakers.
If you are interested in 2A3 amps, Audio Note (UK) now makes S and SS versions of their stereo Vindicator amp, both of which sport Double C-core OPTs. Moving up the AN (UK) line, the Neiro and Kageki are both 8W 2x2A3 monos, but do you need that much power?
Maybe you need some custom amps?
