His 300B monos, 2A3 monos (and stereo) and 410 stereo amp are right around that range. All are very good. Art Dudley has reviewed all three, I believe for Stereophile. There are also good reviews in 6moons.
He's recently raised his prices...well in the last year-and-a-half.
The down side is that he's taking orders for delivery more than a year from now.
I own the 2A3 monos. The upside of this amp is that you can use 45s in it by switching out the rectifier tube. The down side is that you need somewhat sensitive speakers and very sensitive speakers if you are into fast-slow/loud-soft music.
