RE: CV-181Z in Monaco 845

No reason for concern. A discussion clarifying that Shuguang uses confusing terminology here follows.
The number of good old stock 6SN7s is still on the plentiful side and the available variety great. I like many others tend to prefer the older GT tubes. It is no secret that Sylvania made some of the most sought after and for good reasons. The best prolly the Metal Base tall bottle Ws, always command premium prices, but very similiar tubes have the 3 rivet space opposing T plates, and heavy flashing (Chrome Dome) found in the Ws, even some of early GTAs which can be had quite cheaply. If you haven't tried a few of them, I encourage you to do so.
Another designation PITA is found on the British Made Brimar black glass CV1988, but again this works excellently as a 6SN7. These are a little dear as well. But remember there are a lot of other high quality 6SN7s to choose from, so have a good time rolling.
