Hi Yehuda ... you can use any "good" transistor amp, even as low powered as 50 wpc, for that low a cut-off. I'd urge you to explore putting your low pass filter, then a volume pot, BEFORE the amp, and just use a cap across at the speaker side for impedance matching (this will depend on impedance curve of your woof)
