The 813 is lookig for a lot percentage tap U-L operation. Say 7k a-a with 25% U-L taps. Run a good power pentode E-Linear connected to that tap, perhaps a 6AV5 or a 7355 with a good g2 supply. Feed it a balanced signal and run a common, unbypassed cathode resistance. Run B+ around 600V.
I assume this SE triode-ed amp has no opportunity to run E-Linear or U-L rigged but a plate-to-grid NFB scheme could still deliver a good pentode amp. Look at the piddling little driver the Altec 260A used for AB1 813 pentodes; 6AU6's with 250k plate loads...one can do much better with a bit of care...:)
