If I were you..I would just build the JEL 45. It will sound excellent & just use a big chassis so the PTP wiring goes easy for ya & possible to run ASC oilers or at least Solen in PS.. I built mine w/ James 6123 OT's for less than 500. but had all tubes allready. Be aware that if you have never done OB before that the single driver OB gig will cater to certain types of music only. It will be nice, maybe a little peaky, up top, depends on driver, bass will never have slam at 80hz of any kind, subs are not the answer eaither. so be prepared for only limited types of music, albiet it will be nice.
