This is a tough question. You can get a 2.5V 300B from some vendors, which is close to a 2A3 in some ways (not an equivalent though). I'm not aware of any 5V 2A3's though. The Sovtek 2A3 and Sovtek 300B are vastly different internally. Some tubes like the TJ DHT's are more closely related internally, but their different offerings will still each have their own sonic signature, and the differences in loading between the tubes will assure some difference.
