Inside a triode power tube like the 2A3 or 300b there is a plate, a grid, a cathode heater, structure, glass, base and pins.

The Sovtek tubes for the most part use the same formulation of materials for each of these in different tubes. There are some with "gold grids", which offers only marketing benefits IMO. Ratios of the grid windings, heater layouts and spacing will have an impact on the sound. These are different between the tubes as the geometry is different. The 2A3 is not created by breaking a 300b structure in two.
