As a general proposition I can't say, but I used a Miyabe VP-300BD PSE 300B amp for several years for driving my original Quad electrostatics and thought it sounded great. This design was an integrated amp with a line section consisting of half of a 12AT7 followed by a grounded cathode 6SN7 section and a cathode follower/driver 6SN7. Each 300B tube had its own fixed bias adjustment.
