Look carefully. Like Crisco (the original hydrogenated fat) Jif quotes numbers for a small "serving", 2 tbsp in this case. The trans fats round down to zero grams. Read the ingredients list and you will find "...PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE OIL (SOYBEAN), FULLY HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE OILS (RAPESEED AND SOYBEAN),..."

The other reason it tastes good to us is that it's 10% sugar - another thing that's not really good for you.
