Hey Genius...i hope your not in the medical profession or a cardiologist...and if you are maybe you should get another job as JIF contains 0 Trans Fat........ as the FULLY HYDROGENATED Vegetable Oil is Naturally occuring and not artificial as in margarine as their source is RAPESEED and SOYBEAN...!!!!!!!
Peanut Butter has been also credited in raising HDL!!!!!!!!!!!
