All you UN-creative simple minds out there in audio land need to spend less time on the Internet ripping on the uglyness of the Don Alllen Stuff and more time learning how to be aesthetically creative...Man you know i am just shy of about 300,000.00 worth of audio equipment and this is by far the most revealing...articulate preamp in the world when used with SET amps....All you genuis audiophiles need to do to make this preamp look almost as good as it sounds is to get online and go to Things Remembered and get a 2" X 4" silver plate engraved with DON ALLEN AUDIO and go to a good parts site and get some killer heavy BILLET BLACK OR BRUSHED SILVER knobs and you will have a nice looking PRE for an extra 75.00. That 75.00 plus the 950.00 you will spend on the PRE will blow anything ...ANYTHING away that costs 10,000.00. Take the extra 8975.00 and buy a nice Beta...GAS GAS...SCORPA...or MONTESA trials bike and some boots and a trailer and get out into the woods when your not listening and air out your mentally gridlocked brains instead of jerking around on this site and then contact me and i'll tell you all how to create the finest sounding audio room in the world...I'll even send you pics of my audio room which is BY FAR the best sounding room anywhere in this SOLAR SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!!....PrettyPugsley@rcn.com for info on how to create the best sounding room in the Universe....I won't tell you all my secrets but i'll tell you some of them!!!!!!!
