Don is an individual who lives in Phoenix and makes a number of different amps. He also makes a preamp, phono preamp, and a modified CD player. All of his equipment is excellent. I own his 45, 300B, el84, and10/10y/801 amps and have not hear anything that can compare for under $10,000. As most audiophiles I keep looking I just haven't heard anything that I would trade for. For example I have his preamp that cost $800 and it beat my Conrad Johnson Art II and wavelength Sine preamps.

Don does not have a web site or advertise. He gets all his orders by word of mouth or repeat business. If you would like to talk to him drop me an email and I will provide his contact info. I suggest you talk directly with him since can design the amp to fit your particular needs.
