Gentlemen
thanks very much for your wise counsel.
I don't know how much use the valves had before I acquired the set, so it's difficut to tell whether the EH 300bs are tiring prematurely. The other imponderable is that I have fallen under the spell of a pair of little 45 monoblocs, and suddenly nothing else will do! In the meantime I'll get on with ordering a complete valve change for the Cary amps.
