In all honesty you can get 6sn7s anywhere and yes the Russian military ones are very quiet and well made.My favorite 6sn7s are the 5692 red base RCAs and the VT-231 sylvania black plates..
Just try ebay for some or of you want new we have sellers here on the asylum that are superb.
