I've tried MANY old 'N7s including Tung-Sol and many other angled-T-plates in my journey, and none of them have the overall balance of goodness, warmth, nonedginess, etc., as the RPs. One CAN find them around...

This new one you mentioned... http://thetubestore.com/tungsol6sn7.html ...appears worth trying for a relatively low price. FWIW, I would NOT opt for matched sections.
