Vacuume Tube Valley did a listening test on them a few years back.
Sylvania 6sn7 GTB's and Sylvania WGB's were the highest rated(all from the cold war era). Rusky's are hard and brittle IMHO but you may need /want that.
You might be able to dig the review our somewhere or get a back issue.
