Thank you for your comments.

You confirmed my suspicion about the use of NFB - the Rp is quite high, 14.5K, which calls for such measures.

Commercially such an amp would be very hard to sell - only as a niche amp, for people who have complete systems, and want something that sounds different - a second / third sytem in the office.
Those who buy SE don't like the idea of NFB. Only those would buy it to show off with 1 tube per channel who have friends into DIY.... ;) esp at 2W, which requires sensitive speakers and quiet environments. Impossible in downtowns....
