Hello.

Would you care to share any thoughts on the benefits (or drawbacks) of using a KT88 in an SET design as opposed, say, to a 300B (the expense, of course) or a 2A3 (low power)?

Certainly the 300B (of whatever type) has its sonic signature. So, too, the 2A3. How does the KT88 compare?
