Anyone out there, who enjoys the sound of a really good 2A3 amp,who is familiar with the sound of the not so reliable AVVT 2A3 mesh, have another tube(2A3) they feel sounds "better" ? I mean I really enjoy this tube, unfortunately they simply did not last.Also....I also like a host of other triodes, I simply wanted some direction"specifically" on the 2A3 . The double plate 2A3's, I did not care much for.
