I recently finished a dual mono 45 SET amp. I have two sets of 45 tubes. With one pair start up is smooth, only a low level hum for about one second. With the other pair (NOS Sylvanias) when I turn the amp on I can see a white flash within the tubes an hear a loud thump on the speakers. Any idea what can this be and why does it happen with one pair of tubes and not with the others? Thanks,
xavier
