I recommend using a PLLXO (passive line level crossover) second order, built into the front end of the amplifiers. A low pass at around 100 cycles for the woofer amp (18" JBL) and a high pass of 100 cycles for the high pass (midrange and treble drivers) This will allow you to seperate the signal going to the amps and will eliminate having to use large inductors with the 18's. You may still need to put an attenuator on one of the amps to match the levels/gain between the bass and high amp.
Use high quality matched caps and resistors for the PLLXO.

They add no noise or distortion and can sound far better than most off the shelf electronic crossovers.

Yhese are 4th order and will allow for steeper slopes. Marchand also builds very high quality electronic crossovers if you want to go that route. IME they sound better than the typical off the shelf pro sound electronic crossover.
A passive 3-way network probably will be best for the rest, although you could divide it up again between the 12" and the compression driver. It will certainly play louder, have better dynamics and put alot less strain on the amplifier and compression drivers. You can use a PLLXO here too.
At the listening levels you quote above I really don't see much of an advantage to triamping vs biamping. A biamp system may actually sound better provided you build good passive crossovers plus be less complex - a GOOD thing.
