Adam,I had Duos and Beauhorn Virtuosos (DX4) at home for a few days in May 2000. If you do a search, I am sure you can resurrect comments I made at the time. I really liked the Beauhorns. They were not too far off the Duos in many aspects of their performance - as far as I could ascertain over only a few day's listening - and they were considerably lower in price. However, for me, there was not doubt that the Duos where the speaker of choice, and this is not a decision I have in any way regretted subsequently.
I cannot comment on the other horn-based speakers you mention, apart from again referring you to the archives at AA.
