question about CARA software

I plan to try out the demo software, but I have some questions for users:
My speaker is not in the database. Is this a big handicap? I have the Dynaudio Special 25, which I imagine should be fairly simple to specify.
Due to decor limitations, I don't have a lot of flexibility in the speaker position/height or the listening position. Would the software still be useful -- for instance, for finding room modes for parametric EQ or fine tuning positions?
I'm gradually updating the decor in the room. Is it easy to "rerun" an analysis multiple times with different parameters.
