Building a QRD Diffusor

I have been looking through the forum for plans on building a QRD diffusor, and there are a couple sites routinely referred to which seem to be longer active. A Google search came up with the plans described below. Would you folks recommend these plans for a DIY diffusor or is there another set somewhere that would be better? Thanks.
