Hi Brian,
Thanks for that last comment. I have a pair of Dynaco MKIII's that were my father's. He was in the process of doing several mods before he passed away. I sent them to a friend of his that was a long time friend and in the audio business to complete all the mods. Since this is a sperate building from my house (will also house another room to store my tools), I know my HVAC system will be over kill for the size space. It should be no problem keeping it cool in the summer (I live in south GA.) Now I know to make sure I have adequate vents. A friend of mine is in the HVAC business and is also into music. He has offered he to help with the HVAC system when I get to that point.

I've already poured the concrete pad so the next stage is to get the structure erected. With a son in college and young ones in private school, it may be a while financially before it gets completed. I will certainly post some pics, when it is done.
