Room dimension question & door location

Would a room 15.4'(L) X 12.8'(W) X 10'(H) be good for two channel and possibly surround? Also, where would be the best location to place the door on the long wall? It would probably be a 2'-8" (32")door and I am thinking of using an mdf solid door. I plan on using 5/8" sheet rock on staggered stud walls and ceiling. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
