parabolic diffuser on ceiling

I have this old curved gain screen very stiff I dont have a use for it so i was thinking the other day what can i use this for....how about...

a parabolic diffuser for the ceiling viewing side up against the ceiling..
so the question really is would there be and forseen problems?? how can i hang it?? weighs about 65lbs..should i stuff the cavity with fibreglass??...any suggestions comments etc...thanks for your help
