Bass trapping behind walls?

I am having a new audio room built in my basement. The room will be a rectangle (7.5 x 16 x 21). One enters the room from a circular rotunda that is directly behind the room.

There are are two empty spaces between the rear wall of the audio room and the circular wall of the rotunda. (One space on each side of the door.) The space is triangular shaped about 6 feet wide and two feet "deep." Can I stuff this with insulating fiberglass and then cover with fabric along the back wall of the audio room, the way one might stuff a ceiling with fiberglass and then cover with fabric?
