I have just built 8 bass traps for the corners of my room. They are 2ft by 4ft open plywood frames filled with 4inch of roxul rigid insulation. These will be stacked 2 high and installed across each vertical corner of the room floor to ceiling.
The roxul does not have any paper backing.I am at the stage of covering the panels with burlap.Sould a paper backing be applied. If so what would be the best backing material to use. What side should the backing be applied to if required.Should all traps be treated or just some.
I'm not really sure what the rule of thumb is concerning the backings.
