Fortunately for you you don't need a room with that dimensions!!!
Optimum room dimensions are a myth, well established in audio circles, but a myth nevertheless, and hence difficult to debunk!
The formula for calculating room modes are based on the assumption that the rooms are empty, have perfectly rigid walls and no doors, windows etc. Such rooms do not exist in normal homes.
2ndly, the only location in an "optimized" room where optimum conditions are present, are the room corners meaning that sound source and listener have to be in room corners, hardly a viable option.
3rdly, there is no scientific evidence whatsover that early reflections need to be treated. The only "evidence" that people can provide is personal experience, which is never gathered under controlled conditions, and irrelevant hence misleading measurements.
The only treatment that might be necessary is that to decrease excessively high reverberation time.
