Yes, the Rives Test Kit will work for the measurements you want to take. For RT-60 (or 30) use MLS, long, full range with ETF and you will get a good measurement. Do not pay any attention to data below 200 Hz for this measurement--it is not valid in small rooms. Also, data above 8k can be tricky to interpret correctly, so if you get something that doesn't seem right, check the linear frequency response. The roll-off due to off axis can "trick" the measurement.
