Wall panel question

Here's what I'm thinking:

Get some burlap (jute) coffee sacks (30'ish x 42'ish), make some frames, put 2" of fiberglass wrapped with poly and hang them. I figure the frame will be 2' wide and the sack will reside inside the frame. I may put a hard backing on the rear and attach the fiberglass to that. I may have to cut the sack and just use the front.

My room is 14x21x8- speakers on the short wall, couch in the middle of the room. Right now two bookshelves behind each speaker, nothing on the walls. Will be making some bass traps as well (next).

I've got a "slap echo" and I'm thinking 5 panels per side and two on the back wall (there's a door on the back wall).

Are the planned panels large enough? I thought of the coffee bags since there's some design on them and the WAF would be better. Any issues or better ideas?

Thanks-
Skot
