ATS is quite the bargain. If most of the acoustic treatment firms use OC 703, burlap and a 1/4" backingboard - then I dare say ATS is the best deal going. I still need some panels behind my computer monitor speakers, i'll probably spend $50 and get a pair of ATS's. thanks so much for the info.
