Owens Corning basement finishing system for HT?

Does anyone have any experience with the OC basement system for HT? I had a sales presentation yesterday at home. The system is based on prefab wall panels with built-in insulation, steel studs, and fabric facing; no drywall.
I am much more concerned with sound quality inside the room, not noise levels elsewhere in the house.
Anybody seen (heard) this system in use? The link has some basic info.
