When I play music which I know has the singer and the kick drum in the middle of the soundstage i.e. right in the centre between the two speakers, I find that the singer and the kick drum are left of centre. They are about halfway between the centre and the left speaker. Could this be due to room acoustics? This is a two channel system.
I have swapped the speaker cables at the speaker end so I know the problem is either the speaker itself or room acoustics.
They are biwirable speakers so I connected the speaker cables to the plugs for the mid range and tweeters only. The same thing occurs.
However when I connect the speaker cables to the plugs for the woofers the sound is only marginally left of centre.
I would greatly appreciate any help here. Thanks.
