Thanks for your assistance. I tried a few alternatives, and have found the best results are with one UO on my WAdia 6 and Proceed AVP2, and the other dedicated to my Proceed AMP5. The former seems to offer lower noisefloor and more detail, whilst the latter gives extra bass weight and control.
I'm just about to pick up an Xstream plus power cord. Where do you think this would be best employed. Perhaps from wall socket to UO feeding my amp, or from UO to Wadia?

Finally, if I wanted to get a duet, and switch one UO to use on my Plasma and DVD, are they available with UK sockets, and if so, where?
