Hi Paul,

Hopefully, I can get your help / suggestion on how to solve my PPP problem. I do have quite a few PS Audio products but this particular PPP ( I have 2) has been giving me trouble.

The PPP is connected to the main (220V Hong Kong) and out of a sudden, some relay inside starts to click like crazy and switching the PPP on or off does not make any difference. I have been to Radar twice and they are kind in helping me to solve the problem. But they seem to have problem reproducing the problem. I have therefore taken a video and hopefully you can help to shed some light on how this problem can be solved? In this instance, the PPP is not connected to any load at all.
