If you have tried pulling the Premier's AC power cord out of the wall and letting the Premier reset itself and it still will not come back on, it's probably a faulty power cartridge. This will need to come back for a quick replacement. Sorry about the problem, we've now see a few of these power cartridge failures. It seems some type of quick high voltage spike may be taking these down.
