Overvoltage condition on my outlet -- will a Premier work properly?

Recently, due to an overvoltage condition my Duet went into protection mode and ceased to provide power to my CD player and headphone amp in my bedroom headphone system. Using a voltmeter I checked my outlets; most of the outlets in my apartment are 120v but for some strange reason my bedroom outlets are 130v to 135v. This condition happened about two weeks ago.
Anyway, I've thought about purchasing a Premier, but I'm afraid that the Premier will not operate under these conditions as well. Will this type
of overvoltage affect the operation of a Premier?
