Thanks Paul. Where exactly is the surge board located, is it near the outlets or towards the middle of the unit? There is a ground wire attached to the chasis which I can't seem to unscrew because it's in there so tight. So therefore I'm unable to slide the circuit board out entirely. I can get it out halfway so I'm wondering if this will be enough to locate the plug you mention? I've checked all plugs near the outlets and eveything seems fine. If I tap the top of the UPC-200 when the cover is on the power will sometimes go on and off. Thanks.
