Hello,
I thought I would follow-up with another post expressing appreciation for PS Audio's customer service. I talked with Barrows Worm who explained the issues with this particular batch of Premier's, and mentioned he would ship a new unit as soon as available. I was surprised to see that he shipped one out via express delivery the same day I spoke with him. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
