The problems the Premiers are having with the trimpot certainly have nothing to do with where they are made or how they are made. Every Premier that goes out to our customers is 100% inspected in Boulder and tested for about 15 minutes apiece.

I can assure you that Premier was flawless when it left our facility. It appears there is something going on with the trimpots in shipping (as best we can tell) and we're working hard at getting to the bottom of the problem on the few units that have it.
