Ultimate Outlet fuse light problem

Hi all,
I bought a used PS audio Ultimate 15A HC. it worked for a few days, but when i looked today the light was on. So I replaced the fuse with another, plugged it in (with nothing plugged in to it) and the light came on again immediately. So I tried a couple more but no go...
So it appears that something has gone terribly, terribly wrong. :)
Anyone know of a PSAudio tech in Toronto, Canada,assuming that it is a problem with the unit?
