I'm guessing it says "Made in China" on the box, right? (I only have a Quintessence, but it's made in China so I assume the Premier is too.) Apparently it's more cost effective to happily replace defective products than it is to ensure they aren't defective in the first place.

PSA should provide you with a way to have Fed Ex pick it up. That's been my experience with other companies.
