And thank you for taking the time to post! We sell a lot of equipment to a lot of people and problems are inevitable - although I do think our product quality is among the highest.

We have a terrific team here and everyone's on the same page about helping customers - it's a pleasure and even more so when you get a note like this. Again, thanks for taking the time to write.
