PPP - Input 223/240 vlts - output 120 vlts

Can the PPP's be used for US 120 vlts equipment used in Australia.

That is accepted 230 / 240 vlts from the Australia wall power and convert it to 120vlts power to use on a USA piece of hifi equipment??
