Customer service seems to be very good, but product quality seems less than impressive based on the number of people who post talking about problems. That's just my observation and in no way is a scientific poll. I can't help but wonder if some part of the problem is that the products are made in China and what we're seeing is quality control issues. I've known other companies that sell products made in China with a high problem rate, and they're always happy to replace them. Great customer service is always appreciated, but it's not really a substitute for producing a consistently high quality product. IMO
